
198th RSA Annual Exhibition
Now in its 198th year, the RSA Annual Exhibition provides a platform for contemporary painting, sculpture, film, printmaking, photography and installation alongside work by some of the country’s leading architects. The exhibition will be available to view from 11 May - 16 June 2024 at the Royal Scottish Academy on The Mound in Edinburgh

Summerhall Fringe Launch
Performance maker, poet and self-confessed foodie, Sean Wai Keung, who’s show A History of Fortune Cookies will be playing at the Summerhall Festival as part of the Edinburgh Fringe, successfully predicts the shows that will form the festival in August by using his own Fortune Cookies.

Scotland's Newest Gallery
Colstoun Arts is a new venture in Colstoun House in Haddington, outside Edinburgh. It is partly about diversification and new ways to sustain a country house, and partly about starting the journey to their vision – to become a national museum for landscape art. Scottish Gallery Spring Show
The Scottish Gallery in Edinburgh gets ready for Spring; hanging the works of James Morrison alongside objects from Doug Cocker, Lara Scobie and Joanne Thompson. The exhibition of works will be on display at the gallery on Dundas Street from 11 April 2024 to 1 June 2024

New Contemporaries 2024

Carlos Acosta - ‘On Before’
Carlos Acosta is the world's favourite dancer, and ‘On Before’, which sees him dance a full-length show again, is a homage to his late mother and the most personal work he has ever created. He will be performing in Edinburgh on 16 and 17th February 2024

Organisers of Edinburgh’s Chinese New Year Festival today announce a full programme of events and activities across the city to celebrate Chinese New Year and the start of The Year of the Dragon. Turner in January
