Broadcaster, John MacKay, celebrated his 30th anniversary with STV in 2024. His memoir, Scotland Today and Yesterday has been republished in an updated version to celebrate the occasion. During the book festival MacKay casts a definitive, first-hand eye over the changes and big news stories he's covered, and reflect on an illustrious career both in and beyond journalism.
